Empower Network claims: It is an internet marketing training company that teaches you how to get great success and big money in the business of your choice. And that it’s also an affiliate program that allows you to earn up to 100% commissions by promoting Empower Network products.
In reality: Empower Network is a pyramid-style scheme designed to get you into the system and then suck you out of your money. They trick you in with their $25 per month Empower Network blog that does not even rank with Google. Once you’re in, they push you heavily to go „all in, “ which means you should buy all of the Empower Network products (which is an additional $5000) just to start making money with them.
2. What is Empower Network 2.0 (Env2)?
Empower Network 2.0 is an additional layer of technology added to the already existing Empower Network blogging platform. It is called Blog Beast, and they claim it’s faster, easier, and sexier than its first-generation predecessor. You may also want to read my review about Blog Beast. Empower Network founders Dave and Dave are bragging that they have invested in it $3 million, and yet it is nothing else than a locked-down WordPress blog that does not belong to you and does not rank either.
3. Is Empower Network an Affiliate program?
Even though Empower Network’s sign-up page states that it is an affiliate program, then, in fact, it is not.
There is no product to sell to the outside world. (You have to join the same scheme.)
They charge you with $19.90 per month for your service. (A company with its affiliate program does not charge you for your service to them).
4. How Good are Empower Network Products?
In fact, there are no real products in Empower Network. What they have is designed to promote the same thing to others. The list of so-called „Empower Network products“ is this:
3.1. Viral Blogging System – $25 per month
It is just an Empower Network membership fee. For $25 per month, you get a limited, locked-down version of a WordPress blog. This blog is tied with Empower Network, and you can use it only for promoting Empower Network itself. And because of the bad reputation of Empower Network, your blog does not rank in major search engines.
3.2. Inner Circle – $100 per month
For this money, you get a bunch of audios that have little value regarding marketing training. Mostly they are Dave and Dave (the founders and owners of Empower Network) bragging about their success. But to start earning your 100% commissions from this product, you have to buy it in the first place. So you have to pay $100 per month to your upline sponsor, and then you have the right to sell this product to your downline members (and you get the money). You see, it’s not about the audio tutorials. It’s about moving money from one pocket to another.
3.3. Costa Rica Intensive – $500 one time payment
For this money, you get a video series where Empower Network gurus show you how to promote Empower Network even further. But the foundation is the same again. To earn 100% commission on the product, you have to buy in the first place. Then you have a right to sell it to your downline members. Again – no real product, just moving money from the bottom of the pyramid towards the top.
3.4. 15K Formula – $1000 one-time payment
It’s a similar „product“ to the Costa Rica Intensive; only it’s twice more expensive.
3.5. Master’s Course – £3500 one-time payment
Again, similar „product“ of the previous ones, with a high price and a bunch of training videos (having not much value regarding online marketing). But as in past cases, the aim is not to sell you the videos. The objective is to get your $3500 and then teach you to do the same to other people. A not ethical way to make money, is it?
3.6. High Ticket Academy – $10,000 one time payment
That is their newest, 2014 „product, “ which means that you have to pay your upline sponsor $10,000 to have a right to sell it to your downline members. It is just impressive how their greed is growing. I am just wondering how many cars and houses will be sold and how many families will go into bankruptcy when people are forced to go „all in“ and buy some low-quality video training for $10,000.
5. Is Empower Network a pyramid scheme?
Yes, obviously, it has a pyramid style structure. If you join Empower Network:
- You have an upline sponsor, and you pay directly to him.
- You have to find people joining Empower Network with you, and they become your downline members. They pay directly to you.
- Your upline sponsor’s primary focus is to train you on how to promote Empower Network to others.
- Your primary focus is to teach your downline members how to promote the Empower network to others.
- You only make money when your downline members purchase Empower Network „products, “ which means they pay directly to you.
That is what a pyramid is. Money goes from one person to another, from the bottom levels of the pyramid to its upper levels.
The fact is that Empower Network is all about promoting its scheme to unsuspecting folks out there. Promoting Empower Network „blog“ for $25 per month, they trick you into joining the system, knowing that after you have purchased it, they WANT you to buy other Empower products as well, which is an additional $5000 to you.
After that, they tell you to apply the same scheme to others. I just wonder how long you have your friends if you take their money like this.
7. How Can It Be a Scam, If It Has Paid Out Millions in Commissions?
If a company pays out millions in commissions, it does not prove that the business is legit. Many big companies have paid out millions, yet later have been turned out to be scams. Take Enron corporate fraud in 2001 and its billions, for example. Or look at Bernie Madoff and his massive Ponzi scheme that defrauded thousands of investors of billions of dollars.
Where these billions of dollars come from? People who join the system at the bottom levels of the pyramid.
8. Why Did Facebook and Youtube Ban Empower Network?
Facebook has banned the domain empower network com. It means that Facebook timelines, pages, and messages don’t accept any links to that domain and any page of it.
So has done Youtube.
Why did they do it? Because they consider Empower Network as a scam. And because of Empower Network members’ spam practices.
Apparently, they don’t trust the Empower Network program. Now I ask you if Facebook and Google don’t trust them, why should you?
9. Why is Google Blocking Empower Network?
If you don’t believe it, just try it out. Type „Empower Network“ into Google and see what you get. It’s a big company with 155,000+ members. They should be in the first position with their empower network com. Can you find them in the Google SERP? No
Why? Because Google considers the program scam and is blocking it from its search results. Now, this has a severe impact on every Empower Network blog. You pay them $25 per month for a locked-down WordPress blog that does not belong to you, and the blog DOES NOT even rank!

10. How Much Money Can I Make With Empower Network?
There are indeed people who make 6 and 7 figures within Empower Network. However, most of the 155,000 Empower Network members don’t earn anything. And it is impossible because the pyramid shape does not allow it. Empower Network is not a proper business. It a pyramid scheme where money moves from lower levels to upper levels. Those on top are very rich. Those on the bottom only lose money.
You are not able to make money if you stay on the lowest level of the pyramid. You have to get people to sign under you and you, have to get them to buy those „products. “ But to earn these 100% commissions, you have to purchase these products in the first place.
So you have to act unethically, selling people thin air, knowing in your heart that you go after their money. And yet, the chances are that you only lose your money. If you see how many people are making good money with Empower Network and how many are only losing money, then chances are you end up with those who are losing.
11. What Does It Cost To Get Started?
They tell you that it is only $25 per month to get started. But this is just to get you to join the system. After you are in the, upsells will begin. First, you have to pay $19.90 per month for their e-wallet system. Then to get into Inner Circle, you have to pay an additional $100 per month. It is already $144.90 per month, but you won’t earn anything with Empower Network without investing it.
But it does not stop here. Their manipulation has just started to get you to go „all in“, which means additional $500 + $1000 + $3500 + $10,000. It is big money that you have to pay directly to your upline sponsor, and there is no guarantee that you ever earn it ever back. My suggestion is that don’t touch this product!
12. Is There a Free Trial in Empower Network?
No, there is no free trial, and the reason is simple. If there were a free trial, nobody would ever join the program. People could compare its low grade, locked down WordPress blog with a free WordPress blog or any of the free blogging platforms out there and quickly realize that there is little value in Empower „viral“ blog.
13. Why Should I Pay for the eWallet System?
It’s weird, isn’t it?
No affiliate program requires you to pay for your service to them.
However, the Empower Network has to use a payment processor from the UK. All the major merchant accounts like Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Empower Network are either a scam or too high risk. They just don’t want to touch it. The company looks too suspicious with its pyramid shape and nonethical marketing strategies.
Paypal and other major merchant accounts have their ethical rules, and if they allowed a program like this, their merchant ratings would be hurt. For you, it means an additional $19.90 per month.
14. How Can I Get My Money Back?
Try to do it through your profile/account page. People have done it and got their money back. But you also have to call them and confirm your cancelation. Contact Empower Network support and your upline sponsor and tell them that you want a refund for your purchase.
If it does not help, contact your credit card company and tell them that it was a fraud. That is the typical protocol when canceling any online.
You can also file complaints with FTC people (FTC.gov). If they have enough Empower Network complaints, it helps them to get this scam shut down.
15. How Can I Cancel My Empower Network Membership?
You should be able to cancel your membership directly from the Empower Network website. If you cannot do it, contact your credit card company and make sure Empower Network will not be able to charge you anymore.
16. Will I Get Personal Support within Empower Network?
It depends. If you happen to join the system under the right upline sponsor, you may get extraordinary support. The sponsor, who himself is a skilled marketer, who is willing to build up his network and works hard to train and teach his downline members, gives you the support you need.
But you have to consider this. To get support from the Empower Network, you HAVE TO buy their products.
Now listen up! If you don’t purchase their products, your upline sponsor doesn’t make any money from you. Well, consequently, he has ZERO interest to help you.
Also, please read what one of the Empower Network marketers has said:

They are taught NOT to be your mentors.
Unless, of course, you go „all in,“ which means buy all of those products, you are not going to get much help.
Also, many of those Empower Network sponsors create their expensive products on top of the Empower products and sell them to their download members.
There’s another aspect of the Empower Support. You will get ridiculed if you don’t go „all in, “which is about $6000 over the course of one year. You will hear things like „don’t be wussy,“ „you don’t love your family if you don’t go all in,“ etc. Name-calling happens because if you don’t purchase those expensive „products,“ your upline sponsor can not make money out of you.
