10 Great Quotes About Working Hard, TeamWork and Helping Others

10 Great Quotes About Working Hard, TeamWork and Helping Others

Why these ten great motivational quotes about working hard, to begin with?

…Do you know why quotes get about 847% more retweets on Twitter than questions?

…Do you know why people who tweet quotes do have about 43% more followers?

The answer to these two questions is simple. Quotes motivate us, encourage us, help us to get up again.

That’s why.

If you knew how to make $1200 a month online, from the comfort of your home, would you do the work?

…Well this is your chance

It’s FREE to get started, too (no credit card required). You’ll like that part…

And that’s the very reason I put together this collection of ten great motivational quotes on working hard, teamwork, and helping others.

Just to motivate and encourage you and me.

So, let’s get started.

10 Quotes about Working Hard, Teamwork, and Helping Others

1. Working hard

The real secret to success is to get out there and work like hell.” - Frank Kern

How does it resonate with me?

Sometimes I feel frustrated when I do something but don’t see quick results. It’s even worse when I see other people succeeding. Then I feel as if I have been left behind as a loser. Not an excellent feeling to cherish… But this quote encourages me not to care about these things. Just focus on my own goals and keep pressing on.

The older I get, the more I understand that hard work is a noble and Biblical way to go. So I am an advocate of hard work.

2. Working hard

“The path to success is to take massive, determined action.” – Anthony Robbins

How does it resonate with me?

It just confirms me the same: The path to success is not a cakewalk. I prefer a quick success in whatever I choose to do – just snap my fingers and Voila! Success is here! But usually, life is not that easy, and then I tend to fall into frustration.

When I was in university, I had to study very hard for my grades. Sometimes I failed and then complained to God: “Why You did not help me?” But I had to learn again to pass those tests, and, as a result, all these things made me stronger.

Building a successful online blog or business also requires a great deal of dedication and (as it says here) a massive, determined action.

3. Teamwork

“There is no such thing as a self-made man. You will reach your goals only with the help of others.” - George Shinn

How does it resonate with me?

Naturally, I am not a team player. I have always preferred to walk and do things alone. The problem here is that doing things alone is way harder to accomplish certain things alone than together with a good team. And it is so true about internet marketing. Surviving alone is difficult. Statistics says that 97% of the newbie in online marketing world quit before the end of their first year. Why? Mostly because they’re alone, with wrong expectations, they learn and practice in the wrong way, get stuck, don’t see any results, give up and quit.

I wrote about it in my Getting Started course. There are three crucial things to succeed online, and one of them is to have a good support team.

When I began blogging, I quickly understood that I could not do it alone. I needed a support team to survive. That is why I joined the Wealthy Affiliate community. My confession: Without the help of the WA community and training, I would not be in this place today. And if I were in this position alone with my blog today, I would not be very hopeful about my success.

But because I am not alone, I move forward with high hopes. I belong to a team where we help, motivate, counsel each other, and learn together how to build a successful online business. Many skilled marketers within the WA community happily reach their helping hand too, when I get stuck. The good news is: Wealthy Affiliate is FREE to join.

4. Teamwork

“If you want to go somewhere, it is best to find someone who has already been there.” - Robert Kiyosaki

How does it resonate with me?

I have learned the hard way that it is easier to accomplish new things when consulting with those who have done it before—and done it successfully. It is true about traveling, cooking, teaching, and also blogging, and online marketing. So if I want to succeed online, better I find someone who has already been where I want to go. Then go and socialize with him.

That is another reason I value my Wealthy Affiliate membership so highly. Because, in that community, there are many skilled and successful marketers who know how to succeed online. They are willing to help, and Robert Kiyosaki reminds me – to succeed online, I have to cherish those relationships and learn from those people. You, too, have free access to their support.

5. Helping others

“Business is not about money. It’s about making dreams come true for others and for yourself.” – Derek Sivers

How does it resonate with me?

To be honest, I have never really liked to do business. It has not interested me because of this universal understanding that Business is about money. I instead want to help people. I went to Indonesia with my family to help the needy children out there…

But here’s the paradigm shift: Business IS NOT about money. Business IS about helping people. Great! Then I like it. I can build up a business that is not centered around making money but around helping people while also earning my income.

6. Helping others

“You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.” – Zig Ziglar

How does it resonate with me?

Recently a new member joined our Wealthy Affiliate community. He was a friendly and helpful guy. If he could help, he helped. When there was a question posted on a wall, he took the time to answer. Then one day, he needed help. He posted a question, and within the first hour, he got 200+ answers.

Why? Because he had helped others, and when he needed a helping hand, everybody was willing to give it. This lesson is still resonating with me. And this is just precisely what Zig Ziglar says here. You help others get what they want, AND as a result, you will get all you want in life.

7. Helping others

“The successful networkers I know, the ones receiving tons of referrals and feeling truly happy about themselves, continually put the other person’s needs ahead of their own.” -Bob Burg

How does it resonate with me?

That is a similar word of wisdom but maybe more closely connected with blogging and content marketing. It is my personal experience too, and I know it works. The Bible also says: “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” (Acts 20:35)

It is so easy to forget. We tend to think that receiving makes us happy. But it does not. Think about it: Which makes you happier -giving a gift to a person dear to you… or to receive a gift? Right, giving makes you happier! The way to online success (as well as offline success) and personal happiness is to help others.

8. Helping others

How does it resonate with me?

We probably tend to think this way rather – People who are successful help others. It means that successful people are somehow better people than others. Well, if I am not successful, I don’t need to help others, right?

Wrong approach! This quote says that people who are continually looking for opportunities to help others BECOME successful! Great lesson to learn! So if you want to become successful, don’t complain and cry that nobody is helping you. Go out and look for opportunities to help others. That is the key. It’s a paradox, but this is how life is.

9. Helping others

How does it resonate with me?

Another paradox here. We have been taught that if we want to have, then we have to take. But this quote here says that the more you give away, the more you get.

I think it perfectly fits blogging and content marketing. You launch a blog and try to build traffic. But instead, focus your energy on giving out the good stuff (quality content), and people will find to get it.

10. Helping others

Stop selling. start helping

How does it resonate with me?

Another paradigm shift for each and every salesperson and online marketer. You have stuff, so you want to sell it to make money, right? So what you naturally do is… You try to sell it.

Living in Jakarta, I have found it challenging and extremely uncomfortable in those big malls with thousands of small shops where everybody is trying to sell me their stuff: “Mister! Mister! Buy this! Buy that!

It’s a great relief to find a shop where they don’t push you to buy their stuff but are eager to help me with my problems. Sometimes I have wondered why they do it that way. They don’t make any sale with me, yet they still spend a considerable amount of time to help me out. Why?

It has impressed me. I have learned from them, and the next time I go to them and buy from them. And the third and fourth time, I go there and buy from there. Even more, I say to my friends that this or that shop has excellent service.

It is the same with online marketing. Just open the internet, and you find tons of websites trying to sell you their products. Zig Ziglar reminds you to stop selling and start helping people. It’s so much better way to go.

Here’s something you can do, at home and at your own pace, to make $1200+ a month online. It’s FREE to get started, too. You’ll like that part…
